NC Film Incentives Passed

The NC Legislature passed the much needed incentives for film-makers who lens movies in the state.

Along with the higher cost of doing business overseas due to the declining value of the American dollar, an increase in production in the state -- which film makers themselves admit is in much due to the incentives -- include the Will Ferell NASCAR movie planned to film in Charlotte, and NBC's "Surface," filming on the coast.
